A jó elrendezés miatt ez az egyik legkedveltebb zuhanykabin típus . Mivel az ajtó nem közvetlenül a falról nyílik, hanem egy kb. 20 cm-es fix üvegről, ezért akár mosdó, törölközőszárító mellé is be lehet építeni. Emellett akkor szoktuk még javasolni ezt az elrendezést, ha az ajtó szélessége 90 cm felett van: egy ilyen széles ajtó már fölöslegesen terhelné a zsanérokat (kb. 36 kg), így ha egy fix üveget is beiktatunk az ajtó mellé, azzal a zsanérok élettartamát is növeljük.
A képen látható Potenza zuhanykabin egy fürdőkád mellé építettük. Maga a zuhanykabin háromrészes: egy kisebb és egy nagyobb fix üvegből, illetve egy ajtóból áll.
Az ajtó a kisebbik fix üvegről nyílik kettő rugós zsanérral , és a nagyobbik fix üveghez záródik 90 fokban egy mágneses vízzáró profillal. A két fix üveget 2-2 db “L” alakú fix megfogó rögzíti a falhoz oldalt, illetve felül egy cső merevítést is használtunk, így biztosan nem “mozog” a zuhanykabin. Mivel a nagyobb fix üveg egy ablak elé került, ezért a jobb felső sarkát “alakosra” gyártattuk, így ha kinyitják az ablakot nem ütközik neki a fix üveg sarkának.
Zuhanykabin magasságának megadásánál általában azt szoktuk javasolni, hogy a legmagasabb felhasználó + 10-15 cm- rel elég számolni, általában 180-200 cm körüli magasság elég szokott lenni. Ez esetben a kabin magasságát a zuhanyzórész burkolásának magassága határozta meg, így még látványosabb, esztétikusabb lett a zuhanykabin.
A kabin 8 mm-es átlátszó edzett üvegből készült, a szerelvények fényes króm felületűek. A vízzárásról az ajtó alján, illetve oldalt PVC profilok gondoskodnak, a fix üvegeknél alul és oldalt is Sikasil-C szilikont használunk tömítésnek.
